Order Cancellation, Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

  • We understand that mistakes can happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if your order is processed or shipped within 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.
  • To cancel, email us at support@fivesensesco.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Orders with personalisation/customisation cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
  • International orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.
  • If your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you may initiate a return post-delivery.

Return Policy

  • We offer returns only on items that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery at support@fivesensesco.com with photos/video evidence.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Personalised products, personal care items, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Post-dispatch cancellations will incur shipping + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee.
  • Contact support@fivesensesco.com for all return initiation steps.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of returned items.
  • Refunds typically process in 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method (bank processing time may vary).
  • Optionally, refunds can be credited to your 5 Senses Co. Wallet within 24–48 hours.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
  • Cancellation post dispatch incurs shipping + RTO + 5% restocking fee.
  • Partial refunds may apply if returned product is not in original condition.

Exchanges

  • Received a defective/damaged product or need an exchange?
  • Contact support@fivesensesco.com within 3 business days.
  • Missing item or damage claims must include an unedited unboxing video.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Free for orders above 500.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (selected pin codes Delhi-NCR) International Shipping: 5–7 business days, cost varies.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
  • All gifts are carefully packaged 
  • Tracking info will be emailed once shipped.
  • Only one shipping address per order is accepted.
  • Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
  • For lost/damaged parcels, contact us immediately.

Holiday Shipping

  • Order early during peak festive times. We recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • The recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by customs authorities.
